I have completely rewritten “The Paris Guide” so that it is now current; the Fourth Edition was getting a little out of date. From now on there will be no Updates. After each trip to Paris I will revise each chapter, if needed, in the book and substitute it with a chapter that is current. Food chapters will be revised each year and others less frequently. New discoveries will also be inserted into the revised chapters each year, and when the book has been revised each time I will post a notice on the book cover of website that it is current as of the month and year that it was revised.

Access and Payment for use of the site:

Access will remain simple by either “Googling” BernsteinParis or typing in the website address. And there is no charge for using the site. Everybody I have consulted with on the difficult subject of whether or what to charge has advised me that there should be a yearly charge. But I am reluctant to do that because I do not want to discourage the access to my information and I don’t care for the complications that charging may cause. But there are a lot of costs and work involved so I am going to leave it on a completely voluntary basis.
